This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, surrounded by many food places and bustling with people and shops. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed having a room with a balcony, which offered a nice view of the city.

My xmas experience was great at this hotel! The staff was amazing, they made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the free WiFi was a plus. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the coffee was always fresh. We also enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the city center and the beautiful view of the skyline from our room.

There were a few downsides. The furniture was a bit worn out and outdated, and some of the room amenities were not functioning properly.

The Wi-Fi signal was poor which made it difficult to work from the hotel. the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit too noisy for my liking.
